Keith Collier
Senior Pastor
Keith Collier was called as pastor of FBC Groesbeck in October 2017 and has a passion to see the church become a healthy gospel light in the community and around the world. Keith is married to Amy, and they have three children.
Keith grew up near Beaumont, Texas. Prior to coming to FBC Groesbeck, he served in churches as a youth minister, a church planter, and a pastor/elder. In addition to local church ministry, he served as editor of the Southern Baptist TEXAN and news director for Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Keith earned a bachelor’s from Lamar University and both a Master of Divinity and Ph.D. at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Larry Sloan
Interim Youth Minister
Larry "Coach" Sloan has been a high school science teacher in Groesbeck for more than 30 years. He and his wife Glyn have 4 adult children and have taught youth for many years. Young at heart and energetic, Coach Sloan enjoys sports, hiking, and his family.
Amanda Pharris
Interim Children's Minister
Amanda teaches special education in Mart ISD and has served as our VBS Director for several years. She and her husband Corey have two daughters who love sports and showing animals.
Kevin stone
Music Minister
Kevin serves as music minister during our Sunday morning worship service, which blends historic and modern songs of the faith for God's people to worship together in spirit and truth. Kevin is married to his wife June and works full-time at Nucor Steel.
Amie Ghormley
Ministry Assistant
Joining the team in 2023, Amie is the face of the front office and the voice you’ll hear if you call the church! She and her husband, Ben, have been members at FBCG for close to a decade, serving the Lord the whole time through volunteering on our campus and in the community. Most of her free time is spent loving on and parenting her kids, Avery, Trent, Sarah, Noah, and Ethan.
